By using annahum.com, Annahum Space (the app), inquire forms, or related services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Wellness Disclaimer.

1. Who we are

Annahum is a private wellness concierge. We listen to your inquiry, curate a small number of options, and facilitate discreet introductions to independent practitioners and centers. Annahum is not a clinic, hospital, medical practice, pharmacy, or insurer.

2. What Annahum does

• Receives your inquire and preferences
• Curates options (typically up to three) — never an open public directory of contacts
• Facilitates introduction / liaison toward booking
• May offer related lifestyle / regulation tools (e.g. breath, sound) that are non-medical

3. What Annahum does not do

• Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition
• Provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, nutritional-prescription, or legal advice
• Guarantee outcomes of any session, retreat, product, or practitioner
• Employ or control independent practitioners/centers as employees (unless a separate written agreement says otherwise)

4. Independent practitioners

Practitioners and centers introduced through Annahum are independent third parties. Their services, credentials, pricing, policies, contraindications, and results are their responsibility. Your agreement for the session itself is between you and that practitioner/center, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in your inquire
• Disclose relevant health, pregnancy, medication, or other constraints directly to the practitioner/center as they require
• Seek advice from a licensed clinician before starting any wellness practice if you have a health condition or concerns
• Not use Annahum in an emergency — call local emergency services

6. Assumption of risk

Wellness practices (including bodywork, breathwork, sound, energy practices, retreats, and related modalities) involve inherent risks. You voluntarily assume those risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Annahum and its owners, officers, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from acts or omissions of third-party practitioners/centers, your reliance on any introduction or content, or technical issues with the website, app, or communications.

Annahum’s total aggregate liability arising out of your use of the service shall not exceed the fees you paid to Annahum for the specific concierge service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim (subject to mandatory local law).

8. Payments

Website inquire is free. Fees for Annahum concierge access (if any) and fees for practitioner/center services may be separate. Bank transfer or other methods may be used as disclosed at the time of payment. Refund rules are confirmed privately when a paid engagement begins.

9. Age

You confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
